Hi I'm Gosia, I working for Minster last 9 months and since I've started, I've build a close relations with absolutely lovely people, I feel I am important for them and they're important for me. the management team are amazing and really patient, give you a lot if help and assistance when you need.

minster homecare service are a lovely group of people who have taken a huge weight off my shoulders by taking over the day to day care of my mother in law . they are all very caring and gentle with her and have spent time getting to know her and her needs . They are all very friendly and easy to chat to when I go in to collect washing or take food and they seem to get on very well with her , I think she looks forward to seeing their friendly faces .I think they have got to know the run of things now , I've kept in touch to answer questions and queries as I appreciate will always happen when they enter a new setting and also its a bit different been out in the countryside and a big old farm house too . they have realised now that she is an early riser and have changed things which I really am pleased about , to get to her earlier on a morning .they are a great team and I'm very grateful for all their help .

Minster home care - the staff are all amazing and very caring, always going the extra mile for clients. Making sure they are safe at home and care needs are met. The clients and their families really appreciate the carers which enable them to still live independently at home such a valued role. The Management really do value and appreciate staff. I have been working for Minster Home Care since September 2022. The training and the management team are amazing, they make you feel supported and so welcome. I have learnt so much in such a short time.I love all the clients I visit and have built some good relations with them. Each day can give you a different challenge and can be very rewarding.
