Nice clean station. Hourly services to Belfast, Londonderry and Portrush.

Train was spotless - the only downside is that the temperature is far too hot in the carriages. No other complaints at all though!

A little disappointed at the quality of the Gregg's food. We struggled to find anywhere to actually buy any warm food for lunch, lots of coffee shops selling tray bakes and the likes but not a big amount of cafes or restaurants in my opinion.

Everything you need in a train station. Seating, coffee shop, vending machines, ticket counter with helpful staff (sometimes a bit too helpful when the queue is long!). Buses depart from the station making transfers easy.

A good clean station with coffee shop plenty of seating. Ticket office often unopened only one entry and exit to and from platform annoying when you should have paid on the train from Portrush could understand if the train was busy but still a good station. Now winter is here the seating is really cold bare metal. Surely a warmer seating available.

staff here need a personality transplant grumpy old men sells tickets not very pleasant if you dislike the public so much why work with them?

Rude obnoxious cow of a creature (blonde hair, glasses, working on the main ticket desk 24th July @13:50) visibly sighed and was short with my husband when asking for help at the ticket desk. Then continued to be rude and roll her eyes. Never seen the likes of this is my life. Had we not of been desperate to get home to Belfast on the train I would given this jumped up nobody a piece of my mind. People with no people skills should not be dealing with people.

I love travelling by train in normal off season periods. Trains are clean, seats and temperatures are comfortable, and most staff very pleasant. BUT...Dreadful over-crowding for many weeks on the Belfast Portrush/Londonderry line. No extra carriages despite large numbers travelling from Easter onwards. Standing room only for most of two hours is dangerous. Guards can't even get through to collect fares or check safety. Toddlers have to sit on the floor for safety. Pensioners and children forced to stand shoulder to shoulder for long periods and often never get seated. Where is the management planning in this? If you pay (a lot) for a ticket you should be guaranteed a seat. If there were ever an emergency braking or a derailment there would be carnage in these overcrowded carriages.Seriously, Management - can you please get your act together before there is a serious accident or injury!
