Royal Mail Cricklewood Delivery Office

I have paid for the special post, but the post is in their hands for two days and they don't deliver it. They are really mocking the people. If it is a special post, you have the duty to call them and tell them that your shipment has arrived or at this hour. We deliver from 8am to 11am. I am waiting for them and I have not received anything. Royal Mail service is really awful and unacceptable.

what a hassle its been to collect something ,requested my package to be sent to the post office to make it more convenient for the post man because they kept trying to deliver it while i was at work even tho i requested just place it in my bin or beside it 3 attempts over 3 days without reading what i wrote ,so i request it be sent to the post office instead ,for 3 days straight they kept trying to deliver it at 6 am when it doesn't open untell 9 am ,and then on the third day they tried at 8:48 am so i went to the depo pick it up today and checked before hand as to what times they are open on google which said 8 am–4 pm ,i make my way there at 1 pm only to find out ,its only open between 8 am and 10 am ,what a waste of time and what a hassle royal mail arent royal there just a royal pain in your arse

The delivery is just terrible. They simply don’t come. I spent two Saturdays waiting for them. I left the note with my name and phone number on the front door, but somehow they couldn’t knock or call.

Tracking info updated daily. Attempted delivery. The person is currently off work. Shes had post and parcels. So im not sure who attempted but its been now 5 days since sending the item ona tracked 24. Currently sat in this depot and I cant get any answers.

Evri is far better than Royal Mail. They never deliver on time nor they do a second delivery attempt. I have to always go and collect the parcel. No proper customer service also.

Can you update opening times, please? I've been there today at 2.30pm and it was closed. Opening times on display on the door shows 8 am- 10am

Unfortunately, the ETA has now expired, and neither the delivery personnel nor my package are anywhere to be found. I immediately contacted your customer service again to register a second complaint, only to be informed that I might receive the package tomorrow. This response is simply unacceptable.I cannot emphasize enough how inconvenient and disruptive this situation has been. It is unreasonable to expect customers to repeatedly rearrange their schedules, invest considerable time and effort, and still not receive their packages as promised. It is evident that the delivery system has failed to fulfill its primary responsibility.I urge you to address this issue urgently and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Improvements must be made in employee coordination, communication channels, and overall service quality. New opening hours 8am-10am Mon-Fri and I think 8am - 12 on Saturday. My parcel is stuck in the office for 5 days without any update, waiting time on a call 60min. Royal Mail is dying....

Terrible delivery office. A nightmare. Use to be good but after COVID everything started to go down the hill. Delivery drivers leaving parcels unattended on our doorstep despite us having put a note on our door instructing not to do so as we are on the main road. They have lost" one of my parcel
