My first visit since they've finished rearranging the store. Visually it looks much better. It's tidy and well organised now. I like this little Tescos as it is close to home and the staff are always friendly.

I know u have a job to do but, I feel when I shop here that I’m just in the way of the staff.The customer service counter: waiting with my 10 mouth old baby to get severed. There was 4 staff members behind the counter when someone did finally come to the counter she was talking to a staff member so I stood there waiting for her to finish talking so unprofessional. Customer service is key in any Business.I Recommend going to Newmarket Tesco’s 10 million times better

date of shop 23 july 2023.Upon entering the store at midday i was welcomed by a very foul smell. Then walking through the store i wish i had dressed for winter it was so cold. After finally finding half the goods i came for i decided to check out. I was so glad to get home. After years of shopping at Tesco i wont return. p.s. forced to put one star.

Everything keeps getting moved about, one way to keep the staff busy. They would be better employed working the tills as you don't get any staff discount for doing the staffs work yourself

I would definitely recommend using the Mobile phone shop in the Ely store! James served me yesterday.He was super knowledgeable,professional & very helpful! He answered all my tech questions patiently.Most importantly he didn't use the hard sell approach,he just made sure I got the right phone for me! Thanks James.

It's Xmas so busy. There are so many bargains to be had if you have a Tesco Card. Great availability of Xmas gifts and an abundance of products.

Just in store shopping and a member of staff pushed in front of me at a fridge, kneels down and starts a stock count or something similar. She then looks up an mutters sorry" and proceeds to totally ignore me and block my way.Disgusting attitude to a customer."

Don't bother using this store if you want to pay cash. They have 2 self service tills out of 8 that accept cash, one or both have been out of service over the last two months. Had to wait ten minutes last visit for them to open a cash till. Staff are helpful but the store obviously doesn't want my custom.
