I've just made Today gaming pc order which will be build for me and costumer service was top i was getting what I wanted to also been told Few thing that be better with the build and also in my budget. Took my HP laptop which had a broken 4k screen to Ryan and left it with him as he had to dismantle it to check the screen part number. He phoned in the afternoon to say he had sourced a 4k screen at 1/4 of the HP cost and I agreed the price. The following afternoon he called to say that the Laptop was ready for collection, less than 2 days to source the part and complete the repair truely superb and he guarantees his work for a year far better than a number of companies. Will definitely be using him in the future.

Contacted RM Repair as I was getting some issues with my PC such as motherboard not booting correctly and some temp issues with CPU.Ryan said to bring it up to the shop the next morning straight away and he will try to investigate the issue. Ryan not only fixed my issue in a matter on minutes but he also cleaned my computer as well. The customer service was excellent and superb and would 100% highly recommend.

I rung through to see if I could arrange for some soldering to be done asap.I didn`t realise the shop was closed but the owner answered and offered to stay at the shop and wait for me to drive to him and he`ll do the soldering whilst I wait as it was urgent.Great service.Then, as the soldering was for a product we make that supports vulnerable people, he then didn`t charge me.Highly recommend for their work and customer service.

Amazing service, replaced the disc drive laser in my PlayStation 5 on the same day I took it in for repair - replacement part is guaranteed for a year too! Will definitely use again for any future repairs. Thank you!

Ryan was outstanding, and did everything he could to save my hard drive and retrieve my data, and offered me the soundest advice. He stuck by his no fix no fee policy, and asked me to donate to charity if I was insistent on paying something. I highly recommend this business for their integrity, experience, and skill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What can I say, but outstanding customer service. My boy broke he's Nintendo lite, to send it away we was quoted 2wks turn around by other traders. Ryan had it done in a day knowing i needed it for a trip we was going on. It need more doing to it than the original estimate which I was happy to pay for but he stuck to he's quoted price .. brilliant customer service, 1st class work and its a local business.
