Love the photos that Carmel Jane take for my son's school photos. The service is great with an email the same day the photos were taken letting me know photos are ready to order and then arrived 3 days later. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Take FOREVER for photographs to come through. Still waiting. I fear the worst due to the very poor reviews left by previous customers. Have now seen the school photographs taken by Carmel Jane Photography. Students were clearly not advised to smarten up for the shots. Class photographs are old fashioned. We have previously had students standing - this is much nicer, than boring seated ones. Delivery of just under £2.00 for an order under £27.00. Why not deliver all to schools foc, this is routine ? Money grabbing, uninventive and disorgansied.In further response to your response, as below, your customer services informed me this am that the photographs were live from 3 pm yesterday, indeed the school notified parents/carers today that they are now live. This is not 'several days.' Why inform me that providing photographs will be one time when clearly, it is probable that it will be much later. Your customer service team require further training as replies were not polite. I was referring to the class photographs in relation to the 'smarten up' comment. The photographer ought to have informed students to straighten school uniforms and hair, in order to make tidy. This is standard and not rocket science !You say, 'much preferred by most parents', regarding the style of image. However, you have not tried other shots so the parents whom buy from you are likely not to have seen this specific other option that I think is extremely good (standing pose). You state that the school wanted these type of photographs, I will be taking this up with the school as I feel this is incorrect information given by you. Your postage charge ought to be included, your charges are expensive. Other photography companies do not charge for delivery. You state that the school opted not to have them delivered to them. You clearly gave them the option to back out of this. Of course they would rather not have the hassle - but this means more cost for parents. I did not comment about the photographer's conduct whilst visiting the school. I would indeed hope she would be all of these things, however your reviews do say differently in some experiences.

We have just received the most beautiful school photos of our two children, Carmel always manages to take the best photos of them whether that be individually or sibling photos! This is now the 4th year we purchased the photos from Carmel and they are always to the highest standard that no were else compares, thank you again for always getting the best photos of our two boys xx

We regularly use Carmel Jane Photography for our Dance School production (Both for live shots and portraits). It's a massive weight off our shoulders as they handle everything, we just have to provide th space and the children!The quality is always unmatched. Great Photographers and great customer service.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Fantastic value for money, brilliant photography, excellent communication and extremely helpful. They were seamless throughout the day, professional with the children, smiley and happy to be there! The audience didn't even realise they were there during the performance, so it didn't distract from the show. We'll 100% be booking Carmel Jane for all future events. Huge thanks!!!

We received today our sons school photographs. I have to compliment the speedy service, having only ordered them 2 days ago. In addition to this the photographer has done asuperb job of capturing our sons personality perfectly. Really excellent service.

Prices for just a digital download are absolutely extortion. Would never use this company personally but it’s a shame the school did. The company they used last year was much more professional. And the photographer didn’t even think to sort my 5 year olds fleece to make it neat for the school photo. It was untidy and riding up the front of his chest wouldn’t have took long to pull it down and straighten it out.

Dance school photos - rehearsal potrait ones but not one of them sharp and all blurry. The salesperson, Vanessa was rude and unhelpful, not a good rep for the company at all. I did not mention the bad quality to the salesperson. I asked for help to find a particular costume photo and she refused to engage, help or speak politely. Folded arms, stroppy face. Staggering behaviour at such a warm and friendly family event.

Very disappointed in the outcome of the photos. Carmel jane was used for a dance show and the photos are disappointing. No individual photos of the girls so was told you will need to crop them yourself. Ordered a photo of my daughter and it's completely blurry. Paid £9.50 for a 6x4 print. Wouldn't recommend.Replying to your reply: there were hardly any individual photos of my daughter and many other parents daughters. I understand they are fast moving at some points of the dances but not all. Just very disappointed.
