Good local gym. Staff are really friendly. Not intimidating at all. Music selection is absolutely abysmal. Don’t forget headphones lol!!

Absolutely fantastic gym. Friendly professional experienced staff always on hand when needed. They adapt all to suit the new covid restrictions and I think the place just gets better and better. When I’m short on motivation they make themselves available and always stop for a wee chat. Which lifts my spirits I’ve been here nearly 4 years and that’s longer than any gym and I won’t be leaving. When the classes are on they are excellent.

Fantastic inexpensive gym with unlimited classes and quality equipment. The staff alone to me make this place. Knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and always there to help unconditionally with health & fitness. Would never consider leaving for whatever competition is out there! Love the place..

This gym connects it's payments to a debt collector site, if you cancel your direct debit they try to charge you £40+. I would recommend everyone avoids

A great local gym that breaks the stereotype of what a typical gym user is like. This gyms user are all shapes, sizes, ages, religions and colours. No-one will feel out of place in this really friendly gym.I'd like to give 5 stars, but as others have said, there needs to be some investment in equipment....but....this is after the lengthy covid gym shutdowns (where they automatically suspended payments).. So can understand that money will be tighter for the owners..

énergie fitness Glasgow has a good variety of equipment and clean facilities. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. The location is very convenient for me . Overall, I would recommend énergie fitness Glasgow for its facilities, but keep in mind that the staff may not be as friendly and helpful as expected.

Great wee gym. Friendly staff, very reasonably priced. All you need for a good workout and classes included. Would have got 5 stars for a pool.

A comfortable environment. I feel welcome and able to work out in peace.I'm a middle aged woman, looking to get healthier. I don't feel judged, and everyone has been friendly and encouraging.I've signed up for 1:1 support from Katie, and she's really helped me get into a routine, that's steadily showing results.
