Lunar Optical

I could choose cheaper service for the eye test and my first glasses, but I decided to come to Lunar, hopping I will be happy to see clearly in any situation. My fault was I came unprepared, I didn't read anything about the glasses, the different lenses and so on, what, I thought, is going to be explained to me by the Lunar worker. I had no idea what to ask and they didn't ask as many questions as possible to understand what I need, what is important to see in these glasses, what I am going to do in these glasses. The more" important for them was to choose the frame from cheap to more expensive. They didn't tell me that the lenses are more important to choose

Easily by far the best experience and service I've ever had at an optician. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable staff - also extremely patient with me when I needed to trial contact lenses for the first time! As well as on every occasion when I've stepped on my glasses and they've repaired them on the spot for me or found an amazing immediate alternative! Whole set up is very professional, the service is personal and the range of frames is great. Thoroughly recommend!

This is the best optician I've been to and well worth paying for. I absolutely hate getting my eyes tested due to a mild phobia, so it's incredibly important to me that I go somewhere with nice, friendly staff who make me feel comfortable. Every optician I've seen at Lunar has been kind and understanding and never made me feel bad about being a little nervous or jumpy. They do a really good, thorough job and I feel like my eyes are being well looked after.

Lunar optical went the extra mile.They quoted for a part for my glasses and after fitting charged me less - £5.00 only!They also gave me a free glasses case.The service is always great at Lunar.

Sorry it took me so long to review you guys! I had such a lovely experience here and would highly recommend Lunar Optical to anyone wanting a different experience from the mainstream opticians.For years I went to Boots growing up and always found the experience pretty uncomfortable/clinical/a bit weird; so I thought I'd try a local independent and see if the experience could actually be quite nice.The owner, her son & the woman on the desk were all super lovely and welcoming from the get go and the test was thorough & comfortable. After my examination I discussed my likes and dislikes and the man (sorry I forgot your name!) was really helpful in finding ones he thought would suit me/I'd like. The range was amazing (I'm into fashion and I thought it was a really lovely AND affordable selection for all ages and styles) I ended up going with a really beautiful, delicate thin framed circular pair which we agreed suited me. When I came to collect them, theyd fitted anti-glare lenses for free, as I'd spent a bit more on the actual glasses <3 It was very much appreciated!So yep, I highly recommend these guys & am really happy with the service they provided! It's very important to support local independents like them. Thank you!

Set me up with sexy new frames and made me feel safe and at home. They were also very accommodating when it came to pay for my glasses, allowing me to spread the cost. 10/10 would come back again

I've bended my glasses frame so many times because I'm annoying like that, and every time I've come in and asked if it could be fixed, they'd do it on the spot. My glasses weren't even their brand! Very nice customer service and welcoming/friendly store atmosphere. If this is a optician store near you, I highly recommend them!

I can highly recommend Lunar Optical, the service is tuned to what you need in a friendly helpful and very pleasant environment, and they care that you're getting a good service. There's also a great selection of glasses available, with no pressure to buy anything that doesn't fit your brief doesn't match your budget or looks pants!! I've been going since it opened and love it!!
