We had a boiler fitted by LD Eco which required some subsequent improvements, the engineer they sent Adrian Madge was the most knowledgeable and polite repair man my wife and I have ever known. Top marks for him.

The three lads that came to do the underfloor insulation were brilliant.very polite and professional.A credit to the company and their parents,very good manners,kept me informed the whole way through the work.They made a small hole in the floor boards which was hardly noticable afterwards.

Followed up with already delayed appointments, as I couldn’t wait around all day, just to check when they would arrive (roughly) but was quickly told “This is a free service” as if my time didn’t matter, and promptly on the phone, all of a sudden, “oh, they are changing the day as we speak!” I couldn’t do that day, so they just cancelled the entire job, there and then.

Card put through my letterbox for grant work on the house (heating and insulation). I couldn't even call the number provided. Judging by the other negative reviews here, looks like it was a blessing in disguise!

3 months since this company started installing internal wall insulation and the job is still unfinished.The vapour barier is exposed and not sealed anywhere.The plasteres missed areas.Sockets have been buried inside the wallsSockets have not been put back onto insulated walls and are flopping on the floorThe plasterers walked off with over £100 of my toolsThe electricians took all of my brass socket faceplates and then replaced them with very cheap and flimsy plastic onesThe list goes on.I have been attempting to contact them for over a month and havent spoken to anyone.This company is criminal.

None existent after sales service.They left my 88 year old mother with no hot water or heating for 8 days .No one answered the phone or returned emailsIMO they are not fit to on this program.They also caused water damage to the flat below .

It is true, this company, LD Eco ltd have recently done my First Time Central Heating installation with the full government affordable heating grant which means nothing-to-pay. The new boiler system was top energy rated and good quality parts and fitting. I recommend going through with it as it was not much hassle. The company is experienced and sorts it all out for you. I was a big sceptic but am very pleased now. The energy used is much lower so very good for my bills and also those polar bears need us to get this done everyone. I'm setting it at about 19 degrees, insulation fitted, windows closed and just enjoying the comfy new efficient system.

Rude and unreliable. Rescheduled 3 times, before finally just cancelling the job altogether after drilling holes in our walls that we are now stuck with. Choose someone else for your grant.

Solar panel grant installation never worked out but eventually came clean and gave full refund plus 50£ goodwill brucey. Very much appreciated. Thank you

Stay well away - insulation grant stillOngoing after a year - bad workman ship came to rectify and it’s just as bad and now not responding / stay well away and get professionals in - they been paid by grant and now the work is incomplete - go elsewhere anywhere else but to these - the boss Frazer hasn’t even bothered even looking at the work that’s how interested he is in the company
