Very efficient and friendly service. Did a pre-install visit and discussed route. Engineers consulted frequently during install. Tidy working and cleaned up after themselves

Had some challenges over this installation but WeFibre did absolutely everything they could do find a resolution - and they did! Superb installation team today led by the utterly professional and knowledgeable Cameron and Josh - took us through every option and found one that worked for us - showing us every step of the way what would happen and what it would look like on our property. I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience. Can't wait to go live!

I've been using Wefibre's internet service for the past six months, and I must say I'm quite disappointed. Despite the promise of a 1 Gbps connection, I've never experienced speeds even close to that. Initially, I was getting around 800 Mbps, but within a week, it dropped to 500 Mbps. Over time, the speed has continued to deteriorate, and I'm currently struggling with only 80 Mbps. In fact, I'm writing this review using a different internet connection because Wefibre's service is so unreliable that it can't even load web pages. Throughout the duration of the contract, the internet frequently disconnects and is highly unstable. I would not recommend it for remote work from home, or any critical online activities.

Ordered it months ago for the business and on my third no show for installation. I've had to ring at every stage to get updates and the dates have always been wrong. COO needs hiring (i'm assuming there isn't one) and some automation needs putting in place to keep customer updated. I hope the internet will actually live up to what they say when it's finally here....In regards to the companies reply. I was there at the time slot as i was at the previous one and the one after that.
