I phoned today on the off chance that they delivered and I'm so glad I did. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady who made my order up and delivered them to my wife who was having a bad day at work in Wimbledon within 15 minutes! For the amount I paid I received a lot more! I will absolutely be doing it again or stopping by in person as they have such lovely displays. Thank you so much!

I don’t even want to give them a star on this platform! Because the 52 years old white man worked there just disgusted me. I have living here for years and regularly buy flowers from the shop, first time ever saw this man worked here and his attitude is hilariously rude and being racist to people. If you are serving people who gives you the gut to offend costumers and being rude? Shamed on you, you should get fire or if u are the owner of the shop, god bless you in the future with your great surging attitude:)

Nikki is an absolute star. I was desperate for some funeral flowers on Thursday evening as could not get any in time delivered because it was the Easter bank Holiday, I explained I needed a nice bouquet and she advised me that the flowers would not be at their best by the day of the funeral and offered to do an oasis arrangement for ready the next morning. Well the flowers were beautiful and I can't thank you enough. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you again Nikki.

Amazing flowers, I've had a bouquet from there last over 2 weeks before. The staff are always lovely and helpful and willing to indulge me when I can't decide on what flowers I want made up into a bouquet.

Unfortunately the woman selling the flowers was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I told the woman I would like to buy some flowers in the 15-20 euro price rage and she said she couldn’t do anything for me eventhough there were like 10 different ones displayed on the ground. She didn’t help me in finding one at all and wouldn’t make one for me. There are many lovely flower shops in London but I will definitely not come back here due to the customer service.
