Local to me. Can't count the times I've been in here, drive-through and takeaway. The restaurant us big, it's got a play area for kids. 3 tables in play area to seat a few parents supervising. My daughter loves it in there and she's been going since I remember. Ipads for kids and this unique table with an interactive projected display. It's McAwesome. Just dont sit close to kids area when its packed if you dont like noise. Table service also available. Janet, McSuper staff member. If you're in a rush this isn't the best Drive-through. Wouldn't put it to their fault, it's just backed up alot. Overall, McExellent.

It’s genuinely not as bad as some other McDonald’s chains in Coventry and it really excels in the service, if you order a big meal they will have it out for you to collect or to deliver it to your table in around 5 minutes or so but sometimes they do either mess up your order (regards to what to have on certain items like a cheese burger) or forget items in an order (drinks, sides ect); I also got given a small McDonald’s cup for a medium meal and I saw those with a medium cup just as I got mine and a friends food, I didn’t inquire it due to my anxiety but it didn’t really make a difference. The area of the McDonald’s is smaller than expected for an area in northern/north-east of Coventry especially since it’s close to the roundabout that leads onto several motorways (M1,M6 ect)but it has an ok kids area so if you want to chat with a partner or a friend alone and you have a kid, get them into the kids area. Overall I’d recommend people to visit this McDonald’s as the staff is understanding and will try to meet customer satisfaction

Worst maccys I've ever had, had to take first order back as it was cold, second was barely much warmer. Service and atmosphere was as warm as the first lot of food

Food ordered on the app the turn around time was around 10 minutes when asked for the food to be brought out to the collect point. On this occasion the fries didn't come out with the meals then When they did arrive they were wrong. The lad gave it a go I suppose

Over a 20min wait for food, floors a mess tables not cleaned understaffed care more for completing mcdelivery then actual foot customers. Advise to use the drive thru at least you'll actually get your food in a reasonable time. Mcdelivery has ruined McDonald's restaurant experience.

Been here twice in the past 2 weeks. Probably one of the worse McDonald’s I’ve visited.Car park is absolutely filthy with rubbish blowing everywhere. Similar story on the tables outside with empty wrappers everywhere. The first time o visited, I saw someone (a member of McDonald’s staff) just come off shift, and as they were leaving spill a large chocolate milkshake over the floor, and proceed to walk out, not thinking to tell any of their colleagues.The second time was somewhat better when I went for breakfast and went through the drive thru in the early hours of the morning. Thankfully the staff I dealt with were friendly and the food was right fresh.Very hit and miss, typical Mcdonalds.

Poor drive through and ridiculous customer service, we all know it is fast food, you are serving fast, at least the staff can say hi to customers and use professional language to take order from customers. We all are losing humanity and kind words in the current world.Order missing: please make sure you give all food ordered, missing at your end is not problem to you at all, those are time and cost to us.kids meal add on: you don’t charge add on price but additional price.Telephone contact: please try to answer the phone from your customersThanks

McDonald’s are mostly the same everywhere however this one is a little different than most. It has a great outdoor seating area that’s all enclosed with great plants & hanging baskets so it feels more than a McDonalds. Has a great play area for kids too.
