Ryan Property Law LLP

Having lived in the house that Ryan Law nearly lost us for a year without any issues it is time to leave a review. We found this company very difficult to deal with and made the mistake of sharing a private survey with them, that they then turned into a cottage industry of questions and obstacles to the sale. We had to constantly chase them for replies and ended up working directly with the mortgage lender, booking additional valuations the week before Christmas to try and circumvent the obstacles that Ryan Law were putting in the way. A move at Christmas was missed, which meant that my terminally ill father could not spend Christmas with us. A snotty email reply from one of the practice owners didn't help either on an occasion that I complained. The whole episode was needlessly stressful for me and my family. We went with Ryan Law as they were the cheapest in the area. On reflection I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - you really do get what you pay for.

Bought and sold quite a few properties over the years with Kathryn maltby. She is always excellent and gives very good advice. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
