A very professional and nice hairdresser couple in New Malden! My partner and I were both very happy with the haircuts. Walked in without an appointment and shortly after about half an hour, we were seated. Very smooth touch and experienced cutting skill were relaxing and pleasant! After the haircut, they blow-dry and style your hair with an aromatic essence. Also, give you useful tips on how to style your hair on your own. Definitely will come back next time. Highly recommended!!

Had an appointment at 6pm. I arrived on time and they had me wait for 45 minutes. This isn’t the first time it happens to me.

I had a good experience. I was looking for a hairdresser and saw this place. I walked in and they were happy to cut my hair. I had my hair cut by Sunny. I told her the length and she was really experienced, she asked if I wanted layers and to make my hair lighter without me even mentioning, which is exactly what I wanted since my hair is so thick. I always go to korean hairdressers cause they know how to frame your face when they cut your hair. She took her time layering it beautifully and even showed me how it would look if I tied my hair up. A wash, cut and blow dry for long hair (mid to lower back) for £35, am really glad I walked in. They're really friendly and she spoke well. I'd definitely go back :)

I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. It’s not perfect but I love coming here. I regularly get my haircut every 4-6 weeks or so and the hairdresser couple are so friendly, they give me discounts when I get my hair dyed because I’m a regular customer. One time I got my hair bleached here for a long time and they gave me kimbap and drinks! They always cut my hair how I like it, and afterwards they style it with product or just with argan oil depending on what I want. I would say when it comes to dyeing hair it’s a bit of a hit and miss. When they bleached my hair before, it came out very nicely, but recently I got it dyed to a medium brown and it came out more of a dark brown. Still, the colour is pretty, and the cut is lovely as always. I recommend this place a lot to my family and friends!!

Have Been going for a while now. Sarah is the best and knows her stuff. I give 5 stars to her, She has had to correct what Sam the male hairdresser did ( Sarah was on holiday so I made the mistake to have Sam cut my hair) Sam clearly doesn’t listen to what you ask for and proceeds to cut a lot shorter than what you want. When Sam does cut your hair it’s a blunt horrible look and it’s not even all one length and He also burns the hair which makes it smell nasty. I find it odd that you can’t pay by card but only cash.If you do use the Hairdressers always ask for Sarah as she is Fantastic.

I’m not sure if the male barber doesn’t understand English or cannot listen to instructions, but he decided to cut the top of my head even when I specified to not cut it. Ended up cutting too much and pretty much gave up in the end. Even with product in it looked like a mess and he knew it. I never write reviews ever but this is honestly the worst haircut I had ever had even though it was a simple one. Avoid

Love my perm, lovely soft curls as I expected. My son love his hair cut before his perm, the curls are just right, not too feminine on a boy's face.

my mom got the digital perm and loves it! i got a haircut and the quality, prices and staff were all very great and kind. very professional. would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Good hair perm service. I wanted wavy rather than curly and I was given that, at a reasonable price compared to other hair salon. The only thing I wish they would do differently was to give more layers to the haircut. Overall, I am very pleased!
