Thank you to the team at M&E for carrying out the repair works to my car. Wasn’t expecting to have it cleaned inside, so thank you for that too. The online tracking was really helpful. The two ladies at front reception were lovely and welcoming.

The worst experience I have ever had. After being hit by a Royal Mail van this was the company they chose. My car took 3 months to be repaired with very little communication and what communication I did receive was rude and incorrect with me taking 2 separate days off work to collect my car which then got pushed back each time without informing me prior. The car was was clearly not ready and wasn’t even sprayed.Ellisha - well where do I start! She really needs to go on some customer service training or find another job, she doesn’t call you back when she says she will which then leaves you chasing all day for her to sound like a child in the background moaning and groaning at the fact you have called again as she comes to the phone. Call people back when you say you are going to and they might not have to call repetitive times and be honest about the updates and completion times, people might not get so angry at the fact they have taken time off work to collect for it to actually take another 2 weeks and still no be ready for it to happen again and take another week! She is the most rudest person I think I have ever dealt with when asked for an email to put a complaint in she refused as it was about herself.The repair itself was on and seems ok so far only had it back a week however it went in without a scratch on it as it had been recently re sprayed and has come back with little scratches all and a tiny dent. The spray job itself was not great and has a run in it from the paint. I can’t be bothered to be with out my car for another 3 months to get it rectified and can’t get hold of anybody apart fromEllisha who I refuse to deal with any further.Rushinda on the other hand when I did get to speak to her was lovely and a lot more help. Maybe you could give Ellisha some training?Overall horrendous experience if I could give 0 stars could.

5 star service all the way from my vehicle being picked up, the updates on completion dates, the work carried out on my car and the friendliness of the experienced staff. Thank you to Aaminah for the handing back service and the delicious Polish biscuit tasting made it all a seamless experience. And thank you too for the excellent car valet service ! Highly recommended, thank you.

The first and last time I used the service of this company only because the insurance company referred me there. They damaged my car for which they do not intend to take responsibility , the lady who sits at the reception is rude in relation to customers. Lack of personal culture. In addition, they left glued gum on the rug and garbage in the car. Reading from the opinion is normal in this place.Nice a joke

No issues, quality workmanship.Took a while for parts to arrive, which is understandable under current circumstances. Still, job completed within the guide timeline. Car returned fully valeted.The only minor issue is getting in and out, the car park and the side road is so narrow. Could be a real challenge for some drivers.

Very impressed with the service and work carried out. My Mini was booked in for a replacement bonnet and side, the work was completed within 3 weeks and the whole process was very smooth. Thanks to Rashida for your assistance throughout, it is greatly appreciated. My car came back sparkly, and looking new! Highly recommend.

Was given this garage to use by my insurance so had no idea what to expect. From their first call though, they were professional, helpful, courteous, the car was repaired quickly, great bodywork job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.Extra special mention to Rashida on reception who is a star ⭐️

Great experience.Car was quickly booked in for a pre- check of repairs needed.Date was arranged for the car to be taken in.I could keep checking the hub for repair percentage updates and the completion date was accurate as all repairs was completed and car collected by the original date given. Car looks as good as new.5* highly recommend...and my car was cleaned. Thank you.
