Knowledgeable Calm & EfficientI asked Ben to sort out booting-up issues with my desktop. After quickly finding the issue, he also cleaned, tuned & removed malware (multiple infections) & cleaned the fans. Finally on re-installing, a glitch in my outlook account with a problem pop-up was also fixed very quickly. It’s now running far more efficiently than it was before. Brilliant company. Our CCTV hard drive failed and an engineer organised for a replacement box, and then came up to install within 24 hours. They have also assisted with various IT issues in the past, professionally and quickly.
