Purchased earrings and a necklace in July 2022 as a Xmas present, when the recipient went to wear the earrings on Xmas day, found the clasp on one was defective spoke to Loraine on the phone, repair agreed and carried out via mail within a week of reporting the problem. Well done, a lovely item of jewellery and totally fantastic customer and after sales service, will certainly shop here again.

Auf unserer Kreuzfahrt hier mal vorbeigeschaut. Habe einen Schal für meine Frau gesucht. Hatten eine gute Auswahl und die Beratung war sehr gut. Danke dafür. Es wird ein Geburtstagsgeschenk. Der Laden macht einen sehr Aufgeräumten Eindruck. Es macht Spaß sich dort umzusehen.
