Take your money, but fail to reply to emails or answer their phone or even send goods ordered.Having to do a PayPal claim. I'm disabled and have a tight budget for Christmas , so my family member will go without a present this year...disgusting service and whats even more shameful is the business owner writes his own review on his business saying excellent..I beg to differ.

The customer service was second to none. I initially received a faulty item but a new one was sent out immediately. I was very impressed with the service and the product.I would not hesitate to purchase from this supplier again and I wish other suppliers would learn from their perfect customer service.10 out of 10. Fantastic company, Professional and very helpful - I asked about an item they didn't have in stock and they replied and told they didn't but also gave me the product code to find it elsewhere, NOT many places will do that! I would definitely recommend and use in the future. Thanks guys.

Highly recommended. Have made a few purchases with That's How, most recently a bluetooth speaker system. The customer service it first rate and the products do exactly what they say on the tin. Definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Took my money and never sent the item. This was before covid. When I phoned them I couldn't get an answer about when I should get a refund and they told me their internet was down. They lied. I ended up getting my money back from my bank eventually.Scammers! Avoid! False website!
