The New Monsoon

The menu is wrong. When I pointed out their errors, instead of thanking me i was greeted with a wall of defence. Not good at customer service at all. Order at your peril. You cannot believe the menu and my experience is they will not accept their errors and compensate you. I suggest try other places before here. These guys only care about money it seems. Monsoon - fair comment?

Just awful.Tried New London for the first time last night. Placed order on App at 19:09 asking for a 20;15 delivery. Which they changed to 20:30 after accepting my order (which didn't bother me, as I'd prefer honesty) .I messaged on the App for an update at 20:40 & got no response. I rang at 20:50 & was told it was on its way.It arrived at 21:09 (39 minutes late & exactly 2 hours after ordering).It was cold. The crispy beef was soggy. The special friend rice had 2 bits of chicken in and nothing else. The chicken satay skewers were tough and stringy (but the satay sauce was nice). The banana fritters were inedible. On the plus side I will be taking my fortune cookie's advice of If it isn't broke

Ordered at 5.30 didn't get delivered until nearly 9pm..... excuse was we don't have a driver can you come and collect even though you paid for delivery...... when food eventually turned up kids had to go to bed and friends had already left....... not to mention items weren't on the order that we paid for and it was stated that our order had been ready for over an hour. So what we got was stale food that had been sat around for an hour that was cold when finally delivered...... all in all food Is below exeptable standards taste wise and quality wise. Delivery was a joke, definitely will never order again

Not good for several reasonsBoth noodles come burned and with a strong smell of smoke.The worst thing is that the burned noodles were on top clearly visibile,ho put the noodles knew and clearly doesn't cares or the ristorante sends out food with any quality check.This noodles are smoked...my house still smells of smoke

Absolutely bad service, terrible management. I ordered king prawn fried rice but got shrimp x chicken fried rice. This is after waiting for over hour to get the food. I was then asked to send a picture confirming the order was incorrect which I did. The lady then asked me again after clearly seeing the picture if I was sure if it’s not small prawns even though we all aware what the differences between the two are. I was the told I’d get a refund but got called back to give the rice back to the driver bringing the money. I said okay but then I thought I’ve waited over an hour, surely I can get the correct order delivered instead? They told me I would have to wait another 45minutes? After messing up my order, I’m now also supposed to starve? This is all happening at 10pm. I was forced to tell them to forget it as I’m not going to stAy up to receive a refund or to receive the right order!!! Never ordering from this place again. Absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure I post this all over social media to all of my friends and family that live in the area. This is the second order they have messed up. The first time i let it slide because I was too hungry. Not this time

Lovely food taste like normal Chinese but healthy and less greasy. Soft chicken Lovely noodles and rice and banging curry sauce

First time trying and so far impressed! If you want a basic Chinese takeaway, then go for it! They have all the essentials and all taste pretty good, nothing is greasy etc. The beef with ginger and spring onion was a particular highlight!Would be 5 stars, but we got chicken chow mein instead of duck chow mein as ordered!

Been a loyal customer for years. Originally ordered direct but they use to forget our drinks and never refunded just promised a free one next time which never came. Switched to ordering on just eat which has had a few issues with but the last three delivery’s have been the same. After waiting 1.5hr/2hr we get a phone call requesting for us to pick it up. This doesn’t work for parents with young children in bed, we wouldn’t have ask for delivery if we could collect. And if this the case then tell us at the beginning so we can order with someone else. Apparently they only have one driver who delivers there just eat and has come back from London and Ockendon. We are much closer in destination to both these places at 0.5miles away ordered at 5.20pm and arrived at 7.10pm
