Focus Plumbing and Heating

They were meant to service our thermal solar installation, they have been paid to do so for many years, but sitting in the loft staring at the unit for all of five minutes does not equate to a service.I have since been Informed by the new service agent nothing had been done for several years, system full of air, low on fluid.Full of b.s on the phone, the woman is particularly vile, AVOID!Be careful if you are elderly as they rely on you not knowing the facts.

Terrible. Talked to the owner who just didn't want to know about the easy job. Pity, just moved into new house and work here for weeks. Very ill-mannered on phone. Only gave one star due to no option. Avoid this time waster.

Excellent service. Jackie in the office is lovely and the guys are great, helpful and explain what needs to be/is being done really well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
