My 13 year old son went to purchase items and these were cashed up as different items. When I went back to the shop to address this with the cashier who is also the owner and rather than apologising for this deliberate mistake he was rude and embarrassed. It’s just not right to cash items differently to what they actually are and to take advantage of a child who wouldn’t speak up about it without my help.
