James gave our old Labrador excellent care. Really made a big difference to her mobility. She is a nervous dog, terrified of vets, but she absolutely loved coming to see him.

I have been bringing my dog Bella to Beacroft Referrals for hydrotherapy to manage her elbow arthritis. I am a veterinary surgeon myself and have selected Beacroft as wanted to ensure Bella receives the best care possible. The team at Beacroft is super professional and knowledgable, and I cannot thank them enough for looking after Bella so well. Bella can sometimes be very stubborn and she is very noise sensitive, but James and Alice have found the way to make her happy and comfortable during her sessions. Even when she doesn't really want to swim, she still does it for Alice and James (and all their fuss and the treats). If your pet needs hydrotherapy or physiotherapy, I would highly recommend you contact Beacroft referrals and arrange your first appointment. With James and Alice, your pet will be in the best hands.

Would very highly recommend James and his practice.James performed hydrotherapy with Levi (elderly Spaniel) weekly for 2.5 years and it was one of the highlights of every week, for not only Levi but also me, seeing how much he enjoyed it, and the energy and benefits he received from James sessions.

When we were told that our dog Kiko needed hydrotherapy classes, we were really apprehensive as to whether it would work as Kiko hated swimming and would always run the other way! Well, you wouldn't have thought it when she went to her classes with James - from the moment she stepped in to the room he had a super calming effect on her and he even said she was his model patient! She was always so happy after her classes. James was extremely knowledgeable, and the facilities are fantastic. Couldn't recommend Beacroft Referrals highly enough.

Dealt with James in booking & organising treatment for my dog with regards to a luxating patella, really helpful and professional.Alice has been doing the physio & water treadmill and the difference is night and day!Really great, friendly team here and they really know their stuff.10/10 can't recommend them enough!

James has done a fantastic job with Tia following cruciate ligament surgery.
