I am a regular customer here and every experience is flawless. Michael, Chloe and Paul are assets to the shop. They make each visit very warm and friendly and cannot do enough to make every customer feel welcomed.I always have the same specific drink and they get it perfect every time.I look forward to every visit and chat in the shop as I know I’ll always leave with a smile on my face.Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Absolutely love coming in when Chloe is working, never fails to put a smile on my face. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Coffee is always right, never have to wait to long either even when it busy xx

Best customer service I have received in a long time. The young girl on the front door was exceptionally welcoming and after a brief conversation provided me with a sample of a coffee (alongside my order) of something she believed I would like... she was absolutely right!! Credit to her team!

I don't come to perth very offten but when i do i am always looking forward to a lovely Coffee and toastie. Staff here are all super friendly even when the cafe is full and they are under a huge amount of stress. Well done guys and keep up the great work.

It’s a Starbucks, so there is not much different to anything else. However, the toilets were awful and the restaurant. Ended a really good, deep clean. Location is nice, the tables outside were a nice feature.

Can get very busy which I guess is a good sign. Staff seemed to handle this well and I didn't have to wait long to be served. Atmosphere is nice. From an accessibility perspective it's pretty good. The door on the way in and out needs operated manually. The accessible toilet door remains open until pulled shut, great. I can't stand it when they closed on you as you try and get in/out. Staff very happy to help too which is nice.

Love this Starbucks. Nice, friendly atmosphere, with great, attentive staff who always make you feel welcome. Always nice and clean, and the coffee is always perfect.
