Camels Head Post Office

Ideal for topping up electric or gas cards, small shop but lots of choice. Staff really friendly, parking a nightmare

Rude, unhelpful staff (except one). Surprised they still have their Post Office license, they barely do their job and if they have to they are so grumpy about it.

Another convenient store open every day till 9pm

This shop has the most unhappy older assistant,no smiles not polite would not shop here again very off putting,younger staff ok

Pleasent friendly kind very helpful and happy to get things for you in store

Terrible customer service, I have ordered 3 parcels to this post office on separate occasions, the first two times I had to go in and out of the shop repeatedly to try and force them to look for more than five seconds to find my parcels because of their incredible lazy attitude. However this time they have officially lost my parcel, the person at the counter even had the nerve to say I had ordered it to the wrong town even though I was showing him the proof of delivery with their signature on it, absolute joke, that was the last time I ever step foot in there.

Edit:This used to be a lovely little local shop. The staff over the past few years have absolutely gone downhill to gutter level!Sexism and quite blatant reverse racism towards customers but yet, any mention of locality in their direction and it's an instant ban... even for daring to insinuate they aren't immediately local, despite seeing them arrive and depart by car daily...Too busy breaking down multi pack items to resell individually to maximise profits in one of the poorest areas of Plymouth...Normal people can't afford to keep lights on but we have a local shop with an electric shutter system and an army of cameras to protect their 50p buttery spread!Many moons ago:My local store, friendly staff and a good range of products
