The assessment service told me they received my son's Capability For Work form and medical exemption note on the 8th February 2017. I phoned to ask why he had heard nothing since. they told me there is no set time for dealing with claims". Outrageous and unprofessional."

The location of the assessment centre is far from ideal. Parking is at a premium and people with mobility issues will find it difficult to walk from the nearest NCP.

One star is the highest I could rate this shambolic excuse of an organization. Went to appointment on Monday, freezing cold day, got there to find it cancelled. They called a number twice, god knows who they called, it wasn't me, had the same number for three years! Disgusting.
