Dreadful service all round. Sent wrong size, took ages to arrive. Returned and then took two weeks to refund and this was only due to hassling them and chasing countless times. Person handling returns went on holiday, apparently no one else could do it and they ignored emails and never returned calls until I threatened with TS. Fila clothing supplier. Avoid.

Crap customer service in the UK, they dont tell you when something runs out of stock, so you have to call them to explain the situation. They dont return emails unless you get angry with them. They dont refund money when they say they will, once they have robbed you! really poor show, shame as I always looked up to Fila, and now there brand is being tarnished by incompetent staff at BBUK the wholesaler.
