After years of being terrified of the dentist I lost a front tooth, plus my smile as I was so self conscious. I put my big girl pants on and made my appointment with Newcastle surgery. From my initial visit I felt so comfortable with everyone and I couldn't understand why I had been so afraid to access dental care. Prior to this the thought of having a tooth extraction was terrifying! I felt so safe and confident with Simon and Marcus, I had several teeth out and all on one bridge implants the same day and not only that I did it with local anaesthetic NOT sedation!! My smile is back. I can't thank Simon and Marcus enough. I actually looked forward to going for my treatment, not bad for someone who hadn't been to the dentist for 35 years!! Would 100% recommend to anyone. THANK YOU

He explained the process from start to finish and made what I was expecting to be a daunting experience a pleasant one.
