Rip off, unprofessional and absolutely not worth another visit.My recent visit to Rumba Nightclub was mostly enjoyable, but there was one incident that stood out. Fatima, one of the security staff, told us that we couldn't enter unless we paid extra and kept it a secret, even though our online booking didn't mention such a requirement.After we agreed to this strange condition, we later discovered that our tickets came with complimentary drinks. When this was brought to the attention of the supervisor, they promptly apologized and refunded our extra payment.However, later in the evening, Fatima accused us of wrongdoing without reason and threatened to deny us re-entry. This not only left us baffled but also ruined the night to some extent.I hope Rumba Nightclub management takes note of such incidents to maintain their reputation.

Great place to your first time in London. Go after 10pm please, just go before this if you want to be in a empty place.

Security were pretty friendly. Bar waitresses could be a bit more enthusiastic and provide a better customer service... DJ was very good. Surprisingly the toilets were really clean! I wasn't expecting that from a nightclub!

bar and very nice atmosphere.on the other hand, security leaves something to be desired.a security guy did not accept that I left my jacket on the stool, and came several times to put my jacket in my arms, telling me that I had to keep it on me.unacceptable, we came there twice in the evening with the pub crawl" service

The guides were super nice! BUT they disappeared at the end and the security people determine whether or not you're too intoxicated to come in to the last bar. I was sticking up for a random guy in my group and the security said my husband was too drunk to come in. Then she decided to not let anybody from the bar crawl come in. It's a rip off because if you can't drink and have fun then why pay for this. She was super rude and the reviews will tell you what you need to know. Just do this on your own.

My recent visit to Rumba Nightclub was extremely disappointing, with one incident that truly marred the experience. This not only left us baffled but also ruined the night to a great extent.What's even more disheartening is that when denying us access, Fatima also had the audacity to ask for a tip. This entire experience was simply unpleasant.I sincerely hope Rumba Nightclub management takes serious note of such incidents to preserve their hard-earned reputation.I would advice you better to find an alternative place until they fix up this corruption.

Fatima and the other security guy were terrible. Bad judge of character and the sad part is that they let everyone in our group go in that are light skin and not us. We were with the Londo Pup crawl and they toldus we drank too much and that was not the case. Do not recommend.

Homophobic bouncer. Took my team out for drinks and one of my female colleagues starting dancing with another girl and both of them having a good time. The bouncer then came over and told my colleague she needed to go out for some air and walked her outside. We told the head doorman and he went and spoke to the bouncer that walked her out (so thank you to him) but it's 2023 this shouldn't of happened in the first place. There were guys doing a lot more explicit things with girls in that club and nothing happened to them.Fire the homophobic bouncer and you will have a decent club

The security and hostess are amazing! Very pleasant and accommodating. Took us right away and made us feel so comfortable. Fatim at the front door is the best!
