A fantastic experience that was above and beyond. I can't praise Abdul enough. He worked a miracle on my dad's watch - which Seiko claimed was irreparable, and changed the battery and cleaned my Gucci which now looks new! All of this was mayhem by calm and friendly explanation of what was going to happen and cost. Well and truly happy. Sarah

Excellent service by Abdul today. I had my watch battery replaced, sealed and cleaned for a good price plus was given really good advice about future care for my watch that I have never been given before! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Took my Raymond Weil watch for a battery replacement and pressure test, for a little extra had it cleaned too..which the clasp really needed. Also the seal was replaced, at no extra cost. Abdul offers an excellent service and really good value. Abdul was also very helpful and gave good advice with regards to taking care of my watch. 100% would recommend going to In-Time for anything watch related, watches can be serviced too..again at a very competitive price.

Great service. Abdul clearly explained everything involved in replacing the battery in my watch, including replacing the water seal and subsequent pressure testing and all associated charges. Upon picking it up (early), I discovered that he had also given both the watch and band a desperately needed detailed cleaning. I can't remember the last time I felt like I actually got more than I paid for. I would definitely do business there again.

I have used the Grafton Centre Cambridge branch for a number of years for watch batteries, straps etc.I took my watch in for a new battery recently and was served by Abe. I also wanted the strap swapping. This chap did both items quickly and in a courteous manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about watches generally and it was a pleasure interacting with him. I can't recommend the service highly enough.
