Absolutely disgusted with these. They came to repair a mobility scooter for a very good friend and refused to do it as it’s want one of theirs AND charged her £75!!!Thieves taking money off someone old and vulnerable for doing nothing!!

Disgusting attitude toward people with disabilities. Refused entry unless I produce proof of my disability.2010 equality act doesn't apply too themYou asked me too prove my disability too you. Say what u want your attitude for your experience is a discrace.Your words to me where we are a private company and therefore make the rules" at no point did u offer the compromise that u wish other customersto read on this review"

Highly recommended. Very helpful and friendly staff who understand the needs of disabled people and do their very best to help with any request. They will go over and above to make sure customers are fully satisfied when they leave the showroom.

Yes we went there today for a mobility scooter, the staff were very helpful in showing us on how to break down the scooter, into smaller parts to put in too the back of the car.We were so impressed on their knowledge on all of the different size scooters they had in the shop we decided to buy one,and ordered a brand new one and they are going to deliver it at my home next week, and put it together for me my wife and I will be so pleased when it arrives. I Have given them 5 star's for their professional attitude on a very good sale.

The lady who served me was very helpful. No rushing could take as long as I liked making sure I was getting the right scooter for me. I liked it so much I'm going back there for a recliner chair soon. Thanks Margaret
