13 July 2020. Re roofed my garage flat roof including replacing boards. Totally professional from quotation and advice to completion of the work. The site was cleared up and rubbish taken away.Great service, thank Ray and AlfieRegards John R

We employed Ray to carry out an overlay of a flat concrete bay roof, changing it into a pitched roof feature. Ray and his man were amazing. Their workmanship was great, and we are very happy with the finished product, even so much so that we asked them to change the tiles to our extension roof after.Ray was prompt in responding to quote for the works, he is very knowledgeable and provided great options as the beginning of the job. The quote was then issued, and the price was reasonable. During the works their time keeping was good, they were very polite and always kept us in the loop on the works.

Although Ray did our vertical concrete tiles front and rear there have been severe problems with a fibreglass flat room and an adjoining Polycarbonate roof over our patio. The joints all leaked, the fibreglass flat roof was constructed with flat areas and uphill areas so the drainage would not work. After some snagging he refused to rectify the pitch of the fibreglass roof and left us in the lurch. When water penetrated our dining room below we called out another contractor, and he quoted his T & C’s and would not rectify any faults that had developed including recurrent snagging issues. We have paid for a new fibreglass roof and the contractor alerted us to the full extent of the problem. He’s proud of the money he makes in more expensive areas and marks his own homework in relation to quality. He doesn't seem to understand that Building Regulations have to regulate his work.

Could not fault them. Ray was very friendly quick to respond and assist just after the storm. Managed to squeeze me in to replace a tile on my roof. Decent price too. Its nice to know there are people out there who dont take advantage of you when you urgently need repairs.
