Vets4Pets - Lincoln South

Called about a wild bird injured as was the weekend to be told they would put it down regardless. Disappointed after I cared myself a rescue helped on Monday

First time coming here with our little black lab this morning. The vet was absolutely amazing, answered all my questions and was just so lovely. Thank You so much.

If I had listened to them, my cat would be dead, put down by Vets 4 Pets because of money. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from a vet that cares about animals and not money, and he lives to meow another day. Avoid like the plague, we are in contact with the RCVS, and hopefully, an investigation will ensue.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Everyone who came in to contact with our old boy Eric the Cat were very loving and gentle towards him and he wasn't at all unhappy to be there. I am so grateful they helped my baby even if it was a claw issue. I had to leave the room whilst the vet and nurse sorted out the sore part as I hate seeing my baby in pain. He is much happier now so I am very grateful.

Really impressed with Andrea's ability to look after our anxious Romanian rescue. She's really patient and professional, ensuring both owner and dog get a first class service.

The vet was very nice and took great caste to thoroughly check over Maya before giving treatment. She explained everything before she did anything and asked our consent to being treatment. Reception staff are very friendly and do their best to get you to see the right colleague that's needed.

If it wasn't for this vets my 2 year old dog wouldn't be here. At 10 months old he got meningitis which I never thought dogs could get. My dog was really ill . Thanks to the vet David and his quick thinking our fur baby is sill here. Staff are lovely all really caring and helpful. First vets I've been in where I haven't been ripped off. Thanks again you guys . You do a great job xx

We had been with this Vets4Pets for over 2 years now but after an appointment booked on the 29th for my dogs nail as it had split, i will never go back to the Lincoln branch. I was in and out of the appointment in under 4 minutes (the appointment cost me £30) being told it had already started to heal and give it some time, a week on it looked worse, i rang explaining i wasn't happy with the first opinion and wanted a second opinion and was told that's no problem but you will still have to pay another £30" !!!!!! So after back and forth phone calls and being told "sometimes appointments are rushed due to emergency surgery" well I'm sorry but if the practice was busy i should have been told on the phone and should have been booked in for the next day. When my partner rang up he was scoffed at by the Manager when asked to email a contact at head office so he could make a complaint. We will now always advise people to look at other vet practices as this one clearly values PROFIT OVER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PETS IN THEIR CARE. Third visit in 3 days. Waited over three hours in total, not kept informed properly. Ended up with a parking fine due to length of time kept waiting as can only park for 3 hours apparently. When was finally called back into to the vet, I was so distressed when they said, they'd actually overdosed my cat! I thought I was going to loose her. Had to then rush my cat to the emergency vets as it was the weekend, so she could be on a drip for 12 hours to get some fluids into her. I will not be going back to vets 4 pets ever!
