So happy we had an opportunity to explore sea stacks with Unique Ascent - the one and only Ian Miller! The best expert in sea stack & cliff climbing in the world who can take you safely to those beautiful rocks on a cool boat. Thank you so much Ian. A very nice day out for the family of four climbers. Met up with Iain and he took us to this very nice playground of climbing. The granite is superb, the scenery is fantastic and the setting is spectacular. And Iain sews it all together with good craftsmanship and local knowledge. It is a mystery this area is not flooded with climbers!

Easily & by far, my favorite day in Ireland. We lucked out with some superb weather and Iain is the best of the best to be out there with! Cruit Island is stunning and his knowledge of the routes in Ireland is surmountable. Rock was awesome to climb on and without even having to say anything, he tailored the experience to my abilities. We started on some fun, easy routes and ended with a couple that had me holding my breath. I can't wait to show my husband the photos. He'll be so jealous!!PS: His pup is the cherry on top. A charming little fella!

If you find yourself in County Donegal (or anywhere in Ireland for that matter), I cannot more highly recommend taking a trip with Iain for “wee play” out along the Irish coast. Iain took my wife and I out for a day of climbing and adventure, and we cannot have imagined a better trip. The day started with us doing some great single pitch climbs off a sea stack that we paddled out to, and ended with a breathtaking hike along the coast. Loved climbing the Crohy Head Sea Arch with Iain. I am a complete beginner to climbing and Iain made the whole experience very easy. It was a beautiful day out at the stack. Iain took us out climbing on sea cliffs, we both climb but never had done anything like this. An amazing new experience and brilliant fun the whole time. Amazing experience climbing with and learning from Iain over the past 2 days. We climbing varied rock from easy to difficult, for us, as inexperienced outdoor climbers. I would climb with Iain anytime and heartily recommend his guiding service for anyone looking for a great time here in Donegal.

I would definitely recommend Iain and planning to go again!After years of thoughts about climbing I had to give it a try this year as I heard this name, Iain Miller too many times. Once finally reached him booked a wee climb in Donegal and was unreal.I am the type of person that loves to have both feet steady on the ground and I was freaking out only hearing the word ‘CLIMB’. Meet Iain in the morning and went kayaking to a spectacular island Tor Uí Arragáin approx. 40 min away from the shore.The scenery was stunning and the climb full of emotions but with Iain’s calm, patience and professionalism made it easier than looked. We explored a sea cave afterwards which took away some of the emotions and then went kayaking to the second island, Iompainn. The line on Arch Wall looked so challenging for myself but with Iain support was piece of cake!!!Can’t wait for the next expedition/challenge!
