Itchen Valley Play Trail

Kids enjoyed this very much, was a bit muddy, recommended wellies.

Play trail has lots of carved animals for the kids to climb on, up, through and slide down. They also often have special (paid for) trails on at different times of the year, with a question sheet for children and a little prize at the end. Splash suits recommended in winter - can get very muddy!

Fantastic country park. Full days parking wasn't even £5. There are so many different trails to take here. There's a play trail, exercise trail, woodland nature trail, nature play area and 2 parks. Plus other bits dotted Around. There's lots of educational content. Also a cafe and go ape. Bring crayons and paper for little ones for the rubbings. The play areas here were definitely unique, we visit many places like this and this one stood out. Nice wooden sculptures/carvings and totem poles.
