Beware the automated car wash.Washed my car with the ultimate programme and it scratched the vehicle in the process. Despite following their complaints process, and chasing this over the last three months, I had to turn up in store today for the store manager to advise they had rejected the claim (no idea in what grounds as still not letter). Apparently they had informed me about this, no idea how. Now taking this via ADR or failing that small claims court.Apparently i am not the only customer who has had this issue of late. Buyer beware.

As good as they can be. It can get busy sometimes.There's air and screen wash top up area. The fuel stations are modern, can be paid without going to the shop and they accept Tesco club cards.

Very convenient and typical of customer focus Tesco store. Locstion is great fo travellers to fuel up before hitting the motor way.The size and location makes it easy to findcondirection of exit is not clear enough.

Just been here for petrol on the way to work, don’t ,t open till dead on 6am which is fine, but staff (two women) look at you like your ruining their day by being there, very rude. If you don’t ,t want to be in a job involving customer service, then don,t work there, plenty of people willing to step in your shoes. A Smile goes a long way and guess what it is free costs nothing yeeeah.

I use the store and use a scooter while I'm there. The staff are very happy and helpful and I have never had any issues. Thank you for all the help I have received

I went to pay at pump and it charged me £170 for £50 worth of fuel so contacted them and they have only put £70 back in and it’s been going on for 2 weeks

Very slow staff, took 6 minute to autherise fuel, had to go inside to tell them to turn the pump on! Is that not there job? Need new staff not 3 chin wagers, that make you feel like your a hassle for keeping them in a job.
