Can't recommend these guys enough, Nick and Alex have been very good. They don't practice a ''pushy'' sales environment and testament to see how easy and seamless the process was.I Part exchanged my car, they dealt with all paperwork and created my life so easy to enjoy the new vehicle I bought from them.The car I bought was in excellent condition, few minor scratches needed correcting, they did very swiftly.Definitely recommend their service.

We bought a fiat lounge 500 in purple the whole car was in almost showroom condition, respect to the previous owner. The sales team are top class we dealt with Nick and at no time were we put under any pressure the car was for my wife and she absolutely loves it.Themot was up to date and no advisories .Well done Nick and well done Cotswold group.

After viewing a few cars at CGS over the last year, they finally had one that ticked all the boxes, so I went ahead with the purchase.Each time I visited these guys to look at, or test drive, any of the cars, they were always super helpful, extremely patient, and willing to spend the time to discuss the cars and answer my questions.The best part however came after the purchase because within a short period of owning the vehicle, two different problems occurred, neither of which they could have known about at the time of purchase.Once they were aware of the problems they went to great lengths and significant expense to sort things out, whilst keeping me informed at all times.Very impressive After Sales Customer Care,Since that time my Daughter and Son in Law have been to them and also purchased a car, and received the same level of service and are equally satisfied.Good place to buy a car, Great selection. Well priced.I will no doubt be back to buy again,

We recently bought a Quashqui from these guys the car is excellent now we noticed a fault on the test drive and Dan said he would get it sorted out and sure enough he did but on the drive home the fault reappeared he told me to take it to my local garage who said it needed to be sorted out at a Nissan dealership as they didn't have the gear needed to do the job I told Dan & Alex they said just get it there and they will sort it out and COTSWOLD MOTOR GROUP Select will sort out the bill well I'm so grateful to them when I learned that it was a few quid shy of a £1000.So in my opinion if you are in doubt about this place there's no need I have nothing but high praise and something I don't say lightly trust in Dan and Alex very professional no pushy sale's nothing was too much and even said if in any doubt I could get a complete refund.Thanks again guy's great dealing with you and I will be back when I'm due another car

Dan and his team at Cotswold Group Select are fantastic. As part of the main Cotswolds Group, he sells the part-ex vehicles that aren’t BMW or Mini..I knew exactly what I wanted, but because of Dan, I bought my car from him and his team. He is honest, diligent, very thorough and an absolute pleaser to deal with.I can’t recommend this place enough.

I had been watching a car advertised for sale by Cotswold Group Select for a few months and the price had been dropping steadily until it reached a price I was interested in buying at.I live around 4 hours away meaning an 8 hour round trip, so I thought I should reserve the car before travelling and I phoned to ask if the £99 online reserve fee was refundable or not?The sales manager answered my call and instead of answering my simple question he began to lecture me on people reserving cars and wasting his time.HE TOLD ME NOT TO RESERVE IT and instead call in the morning before coming to view, then he abruptly passed me over to a salesman named Nick.So I asked Nick about the car and he offered to email me a video where he pointed out bad stone chips around the bumper, bonnet and the rear arches.When I expressed concern over the rear wheel arches because they are made of steel and likely to rust (bumper is plastic and bonnet is aluminium so not as likely to corrode) Nick suggested they could paint the rear arches in their own bodyshop.I replied asking if it made sense to paint the bumper and bonnet at the same time (which I would have paid the extra for) and 2 days passed with no reply.So I phoned the following morning to ask if I could come and view the car that day, as I was advised to do in that first phone call, and I was told no because someone had paid the £99 and reserved it! What a joke...The whole experience was a waste of my time, hard work and very unprofessional.
