Lovely with good food and a friendly atmosphere. Manager and staff so helpful. He even got in my car with me to help me round the town to their limited car park.

Didn't stay here but had a great meal with only 10 minutes of kitchen service left on a busy Saturday night.Some of the best and friendliest staff I have ever come across especially towards my 8 year old who was thrilled.Highly recommended, well done and thank you

Great little hotel. We didn't try the food but couldn't fault the staff.It is above a pub so maybe not for you if you need silence to sleep. We actually got a great night's sleep.

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff.Always keeping busy, always tables available outside.A proper decent pint.You pay that little bit extra, but you can definitely taste the difference.

The room no4 was small but adequate, but had a great view of the square , the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and serviceable, the main pain in the butt was the bright green emergency light in the area between bed space and bathroom which totally lit up the room, very bright, far too bright, so if you require total darkness to sleep you're not gonna get it. Also beware of the big steps up level change from sleeping area to bathroom. Also as it's an old building loads of noise heard from adjoining rooms especially creaky floor boards, coughing, doors opening and closing, toilets flushing, showers, etc. All said if you can deal with all this it's still a lovely characterful place to stay and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good too.

We stayed here with friends for 3 nights, the rooms are nice and are spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so much so we extended our stay for another night.Bonus was the food is excellent, both breakfast and evening meal as we booked in for dinner one night. Another sign of how good the food was is that it is very busy and I would recommend that you book to avoid disappointment.We will definitely be going back and I can thoroughly recommend this place either for an stay over or somewhere to eat. Added bonus is that it is on 30 mins from the NEC.

The general manager Chris is hilarious and show us everything for our rooms. Also introduce us to a few his workers and best friend. Our room is comfortable and fits our needs perfectly.The food is really fantastic, we got fish & chips with beer of course. The workers are lively folks and wonderful. I definitely will stay here again. Thank you for making our trip Warwick more enjoyable. We are more quieter folks and don't talk much but everyone was very friendly to us and still talked to us. We felt welcome.The rooms are above the pub and it is noisily, you will hear music, people and things moving around. Which of course you would hear it, being above a pub! I think this place is great for younger crowd or night owls. There is annoying green light in room that have to be there for safely because the steps in room. So bring a sleep mask!

We had a delicious meal at the Tilted Wig and could not fault the quality of the cooking. However we felt a bit invisible … the manager was having a very loud conversation with the staff, across the the room, and conducting business very loudly on the phone - we heard every detail.Nobody offered a dessert menu, drinks or coffee and we felt as if we were intruding.The manager was friendly and asked afterwards if we’d enjoyed our meal, which we had, but it was a bit strange to have to listen to him all through our meal.I think it would help if staff discussions were held away from the public restaurant area.

Good pub with accommodation, nice Breakfast all you can eat. Good value for moneygive it a go if you are exploring the area.

We had 3 courses meal. Starters were really nice, loved my prawns. We had to wIt for 30 mins for The main and it was a less quality, i didn’t like the potatoes cake underneath the sea bass as it was super oily. For the dessert i had a brownie and it was really burnt and i can taste it, probably the chef tried to hide it with the ice cream but didn’t really work.What i noticed about this restaurant is it’s dog friendly, but i don’t like someone touching dogs to serve my food. 2 waiters were stroking a dog on the same time as i was watching them, one. Washed her hands but the other one unfortunately went straight to the bar making a drink..It this happened in front of me, probably worse happened behind the door. Hope to improve this as it’s considered as a priority hygiene. Thanks!
