Came here to have a chain and a bracelet repaired and received super efficient assistance from David - he fixed my bracelet on the spot and repaired the chain quickly as well. The experience overall was also very pleasant, could not recommend more!

I saw a ring whilst in London I fell in love with, my partner popped in and described it to David who then made an even nicer version in platinum. Having it made was a lovely process and it didn’t cost anymore than the gold one I’d seen, beautiful ring and super service from a lovely man.

My son had a great experience with David and his team. He spend the day in his workshop making his own signet ring. This was an amazing experience and one he will never forget. We are very impressed that nothing was too much trouble.
