This place is amazing. It's nothing like what Iceland used to be years back. It's not just frozen food now either. The fresh salad and veg is fab, much better than Aldi. The range of canned food and general cupboard items is excellent too. I have and will continue to recommend family and friends to use our local store. Everyone who was reluctant to try it now shops there weekly.

Everytime I make a delivery with Ubereats it is always spot on. They never miss anything! Great prices and amazing choices including Cherry B which I've not seen for years!

Bit awkward layout of the store , I hate being forced " to walk around stands and the entire store to get to till. Other than that

Me and my family love coming here BUT today, we was very apalled at the staff member who was on the till serving customers. He was on the phone chatting away disccusing about going to this persons house for a coffee, he came off the phone and said it was my manager. They is whilst people was waiting, he was in mid serving when he was on the phone holding us all up. There was no apology to the man who was waiting to pay and we had no apology either. As a retailer experience person myself I would of been told off for that and given a warning for holding up customers. Extremely rude. Customers come first. Do better Icelands, speak to your staff and remind them no phones on shop floor when working.

Plenty food such as frozen meat and veg also chilled meats and milk

It has a good variety of food especially frozen but they don't have a gluten free section

Busy again, but 10% discount on Tuesdays for OAPs makes a difference. Back again July 2023. Plenty of bargains. Well worth a visit if you have time to shop around £8.29 saved today.
