I would never use this place again they had my mum’s scooter for 6/8 waiting for a part ? We asked for this to be returned while he was waiting for the part we phoned asking when the part would be in he said we haven’t got so tough and put the phone down absolutely disgusting service I would never use them again Call your self a mobility care ?it’s a pity.I can not but the ring door bell camera on this review to show you for what you are having a scooter for 6 - 8 weeks saying you have ordered the part where the so called part coming from ? We are on week 10 now

Bought a bed for my mum and it was delivered and installed quickly.Brilliant customer services throughout, would definitely recommend ☺️

Called in the shop and asked about a particular mobility scooter for my wife and given some info on it. A day later we rang them up and ask if they could put the quote in a email so we could claim an award towards the cost, they said they would do this that day but nothing was forthcoming so I emailed them the next day and ask for it to be done again but got nothing back.I got a call from the head office apologising for a mix-up with my email address and the quote was attached.

Mobility Care Bulwell excellent. Solent mobility said they would deliver an install in 3 weeks and they did. Their installers were excellent, clean and tidy. When finished explained the workings of the stairlift very well.

Made sure we left the shop happy and has stayed in touch with us.Had to purchase a Walker for my mum, she’s had problems walking due to hip replacement and she’s glad to be up on her feet again! Hi, in relation to your previous review and answer. On multiple occasions you’ve told my granny, auntie and mum how you’ve ordered a part and it is coming from china, never once have you shown proof of this just that it would take 4 weeks or even 4 days at some points. You’ve never kept in contact with anybody regarding the part it has always been them chasing you. On the last time they asked, of course the answer was “still waiting” to which then an individual that actually works in your shop, has said that this is disgusting and we should take it further and higher up to a gentleman who goes by the name of Martin if I’m correct but you can correct me if that isn’t the name. Which we haven’t because let’s be honest it wouldn’t have got the job done any quicker. So yes, they will take their money elsewhere. Maybe tell the truth and keep your clients happy and in the loop in future. Regarding the phone call earlier on today, no one this end of the phone was rude and neither did they put the phone down, it was yourself who did. I wouldn’t leave a review wether it was good or bad but just thought it needed to be stated that your reply is an utter lie. All the best for the future.
