Great selection of Jaguar parts and fast shipment. Unfortunately let down by a pre-historic looking website, which makes it very difficult to find car parts if you don't have the exact part number.Also it's a shame their website doesn't show up if you search for JLR parts in Google Shopping or Google Search, which probably means they're often overlooked by potential customers. It's such a shame as this business could have so much more potential.

Purchased a number of parts and accessories from Britcar and I have to say they are the best Land Rover site out there. They have a huge selection of Genuine and after market products, from multiple well known reputable makers, to meet everyone's budget. They are able to use multiple delivery firms and options to ensure your items are delivered to your door as cost effectively, speedily and as safely as possible.As long as there are Land Rovers and I own one. I will use Britcar as my shopping destination for all my parts and accessories. Highly recommended 10/10

Outstanding customer service!Four purchases - four times no any problem. Last time I had to add one thing to already placed order, I emailed them and got response 5 minutes later, after next 10 minutes it was done. Brilliant!

Absolutely shocking customer service with no replies to emails or phone calls. They ask to to chat online however all you receive back is an automated massage. Strongly avoid doing business with this company!! I certainly won’t be going back again.

Their customer service, number of items that are available on site, shipping period and packages in which are items packed are magnificent! There're only few items that I've ordered and recieved in MNE, but every came in perfect condition and quality! Highly recommended!

Ordered the part late on a Friday and used their 24 hour delivery by DPD. When it did not arrive on the Tuesday, contacted them to be told it was not in stock. It arrived Wednesday. Part fitted and works well so happy with that side of things.Website must be updated to show parts not in stock or not immediately available as customers expect me to meet my deadlines!

Ordered a bumper but accidentally purchased the wrong part, called up as soon as I noticed, the situation was immediately remedied and a new bumper was ordered without any additional charge, brought back the bumper and got the correct part within 2 days.Helpful affable staff, smooth and easy purchase, great service.
