We chose Chinneck and Saw because I wanted honesty and integrity from our agent. And we got that in spades, after bad experiences with agents in the past the team were a welcome change to my norm. They sold the house after the second viewing and Toni kept us updated weekly, even when the chain went pear shaped, they fought hard to get it up and running again, and were always prompt in replying to our emails. We completed on Friday with our original buyer. The service Tim and the team provided was exemplary and I highly recommend these agent's.

We had been looking for a house since the beginning of the year. I made contact with Chinneck Shaw and Ollie came back to me so quickly and matched us with a number of properties in October. We were shown around by Tim who is extremely knowledgeable and was a breath of fresh air after dealing with many pushy estate agents for the past year. Lovely estate agent to work with on my purchase from start to finish. Tim handled the viewings and customer service side and Toni handled the sale process. Tim was always there to answer and queries and Toni was reassuringly by my side through the ups and downs of my own sale. 100% would recommend them and I would happily work with them if I were to sell in the future. He is very professional and good at his job but he is also very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. The same can also be said for Toni who has gone through the process with me.
