I’ve been coming to Jealousy for around 3 years now. Havva’s always a delight and joy to be around. I get my hair permed once every couple of months and it’s always done to a high standard and flawlessly.Cannot stress enough how amazing a job Havva and her staff perform. I always feel so comfortable, offered a drink and made to feel like home.If you haven’t already been to Jealousy I would highly recommend you stop by. For the quality of what you’re getting I think you’re in for the deal of a lifetime!

I went for a haircut for the first time here, I was absolutely treated so respectfully and calmly. The lady cut my hair called Luljeta was so professional and confident about her job. Really happy with the haircut and will definitely go back.

I went to this salon, showed the picture to the lady and explained to her exactly how I wanted my nails. She kept telling me to trust the process which I found very unprofessional . When I got out of the salon I sent her a message because I thought it would be nicer than saying it all in front of the clients in the salon. She then gave me a call back and she said that she can only take them off on a Sunday. But with the condition that I only come for one hour. She kept saying that she has commitments and she can’t fix my nails. She also said that she works with suppliers and that she cannot afford to redo the set as it would cost her money. She refused a refund, she refused to redo my set and she also kept pushing me to come back to the salon even though I explained that I was rushing and had to get ready for my flight. She asked me to come in on a Monday because that was convenient for her to soak them off because like she said “it was easy” and quick but without offering to redo them. Asked for a complimentary fill in and she refused then she changed her story and she said that she offered me all the possible options. I wasted £35 for nothing. The manager of the salon simply said that the nail lady is self employed and basically has nothing to do with the salon which from a customer perspective is nothing that has to do with me.

I’ve had a haircut and colouring with Eddy and she is amazing! She’s very talented, patient and generally a very lovely person. I’ll definitely be booking again. Thank you!

Disappointing results and fake friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to choose a designated (aesthetic) clinic for their treatments over a salon that offers everything, from nails to hair to botox. I chose Jealousy Hair & Beauty last minute but should have waited for a future appointment at another salon.
