Absolutely rubbish paid £250 for my hair to be ruined, wasn’t happy with the end results the member of staff that did my hair was in rush right from the start made me feel very uncomfortable. And they did not care at all their customer service is absolutely rubbish would not recommend anyone going their they use very harsh bleach which then causes your hair to be very very rough and breaks so easily when you brush your hair.

Afshan is an incredible hair and makeup artist, as well as a kind, friendly person. She did an amazing job for my Nikkah. I highly recommend Afshan for bridal hair and make-up. Thank you so much xx

I've visited Beauty beneath on three occasions :Once for makeup trial (many years ago)Once for laser hair removalAnd Once for (today)hair colour and styleAnd overall I am very happy...Afshan herself is very professionalAnd she goes over and beyond to make her customers happyMakeup I really loved also when I did the trial...however I am aware that she no longer does trials.Laser hair removal ...was a lady who out sourced and the results weren't all that but I think the lady just hired a room and wasn't affiliated with Beauty Beneath salon.I would definitely recommendThank you

I have been to this salon a couple of times and each visit has been a let down. Normally it would take 3 hours to do my hair but I ended up being there over 5 hours, most of the time spent sat around waiting. Last visit I was left sitting with wet hair for 30 mins. I don't think they really listen to your needs either. After the ridiculous cost of £150 I was charged I decided to never go back. I don't recommend them to anyone else either.

Recently had my hair coloured from this salon! After paying a ridiculously high amount £200 I was expecting my hair to look amazing! Far from it!!! The bleach used completely ruined my hair and I didn’t get the colour that I wanted! I was advised to pay another £35 to treat my damaged hair caused by the bleach they used!! I was extremely upset as I naturally had beautiful hair and this is now ruined!!I wouldn’t recommend!

Where can I start. Afshan has been a total life saver when it comes to hair. She was recommended to me by a client at year ago. And it has been the best recommendation ever. She has transformed my hair not only once by twice. It was worth the travel from London. She really knows what colour tones would suit the client and what the client needs are. Recently she once again saved my life and sorted my damaged hair out.Wish she was based in London. Afshan keep up the good work A****** you certainly are a fab hairdresser. Thank you so much.

Lovely friendly staff, felt relaxed and happy. Really happy with the treatment and result. Renae was the best. First time got coloured out of my comfort zone. She made me feel really relaxed, time flew with this girl x X highly recommend.

I was seen by didra who saw me last minute, she was amazing and was a laugh. She was so helpful from beginning to end. My hair needed saving and she was the hero. I forgot to leave her an extra tip and I regret this because she was so great.

Went today appointment at 12 didn’t get seen till after 12:30 no apology or anything just told they had to wait for the room, the women then started the massage and told me she was full of cold and feeling unwell, then why come to work? Putting others at harm of your illness!!! And then played music from her phone to which it was interrupted by messages and ping alerts!!!Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend
