I attended a session last Monday as a beginner, the coach Mac was very welcoming and walked me through all the steps with a high level of knowledge and a great ability to teach. All of the members attending were friendly and helpful too! Thanks for a great introduction to CrossFit, I’ll look forward to popping in again when I can! ✨
