Can't recommend this business enough. Amazing customer service, all the staff are so knowledgeable on the products and they are more than happy to spend time with you going through options. My partner and I walked in as clueless first time parents, and the help and advice we received on the best travel system for our needs was invaluable. There was a slight issue with our order when it arrived and it was rectified without hesitation by the owner, once again with that wonderful customer service! We will definitely be going back when we need the next stage car seat.

Bought my pram from Mybaby. Couldn't have asked for better service! Helped me pick the right pram as I am a tall girl and needed something suitable for my height! The ordering and delivery was fast and hassle free. Have recommended them to my sister who is pregnant and is needing to get a pram. Will definitely keep recommending them!

Rather disappointed. Order pram end of July to be told 2 week delivery maximum. 3 weeks later still no pram, call to chase this up to be told it has been delivered. Which it hadn’t, then told this was said in error and pram is due to be delivered in October! My baby is due on 12th September. Now having to settle on a different colour pram in order to have it on time. Not to be informed on this extra long wait is rather upsetting.

Really good baby shop. Had a very specific requirement for a pram with extremely tight timeframe.Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale.We had a slight issue with one item not fitting as described. Returned with a no quibble refund.Could not recommend it enough.

We had a good in store experience where we ordered a pram but since the order was placed the customer service has been very poor and we still haven't received our product (5 weeks later!).We ordered a pram towards the end of July and were told that we should expect to receive the item in early August. At the end of August we had not heard anything from Mybaby Ltd so phoned up to query what was going on. We were told that it was being delivered to the store within the next week and a half and would be with us by a specific date.That date passed and we still hadn't heard anything from Mybaby Ltd so we had to follow it up yet again with a phone call. They seemed very disorganised and apparently struggled to find our order as the 'boss' was (is) on holiday. They weren't clear whether our pram was in store or not, which was all quite unbelievable.We then heard back that we could either travel to the store to pick it up (which was not what we agreed and is a long drive) or we will have to wait for it to be delivered in about 5 days time (no idea why it can't be posted sooner). So in total it's about a month late.So to summarise, having spent about £1.2k the communication was non existent and the item is planned to arrive a month later than we were originally told. I'm sure they will say that the delays are outside of their control, which may be true, but they could have kept us updated throughout the process and told us about the changing timelines.Regretably, I wouldn't order from this company again. If it isn't delivered by the weekend, we will be seeking a refund.

We used mybaby for our first travel system almost a year ago and have been back a few times since. We've always found the staff to be helpful and polite without being pushy, would definitely recommend

This was the first baby shop that my husband and I visited to have an initial look at prams and cots etc (our first baby as well). We were really impressed with the range of prams/travel systems especially to look at, at various price points. We went in to look at two particular brands, neither of which we ended up really being impressed with, but the lady in the shop at the time showed us an oyster system, which we hadn’t even considered, mainly due to our budget. We fell in love with the system and then embarked on a hunt to find a package within our budget, which we were successful with, sadly not from this shop though. Although we didn’t end up purchasing from here (we found an amazing deal on a discontinued colour which we couldn’t say no to), we were really impressed with the service and help when we visited, and actually discovered what we really wanted, from our visit. For the new colours though, their prices are very competitive just unfortunately out of our price range. Would recommend any parents to be to come and at least have a look!
