My mother bought some facia boards for Windows sils, 2 lengths out of the 3 are damaged back in early August. I've tried emailing them on various actions also has my mother, also phone pretty much every day up until a week ago! No answer no reply and very disappointed, I would think twice before ordering!

Terrible customer service! They sent out soffits but they damaged them with very tight packaging straps and tape. They refused to replace them and didn't even offer an apology because I didn't notice the damage within 24hours of delivery.

I ordered a number of items from this company. Unfortunately one of the pieces of guttering was scratched. I contact them via email and they confirmed a new one would be sent out. Nothing has been received and there has been no rely to any of my emails sent to PVC Building. Really disappointed as all of the other items were absolutely fine.

Awful customer service! I had 5 metres of plastic sill delivered damaged! I emailed this companies customer services to ask about return or replacement policy and wen Id not heard anything for 3 days I rang there number and explained I have damaged sill ordered from them to which the line went dead. I called again and left my number for then to contact me and, surprise surprise, no call back!I would give 0 stars if I could!Avoid this company!!!Paul

Poor service - received order and because I didn't report the damage within 48 hours they wouldn't replace. Cancelled additional £400+ order and currently going through chargeback. Consumer rights give give greater than 48 hours to report good that aren't fit-for-purpose so they're in breach of Consumer Law. Make sure you pursue these claims if you're unfortunate enough to buy from them.Update: opened case through PayPal and received full refund after PayPal ruled in my favour.

Ordered £500+ worth of cast iron style guttering. I messed up the order and phoned half way through the process to change my order. Order was changed and arrived on time. Guy on the phone was brilliant. Everything I ordered was in the box un-damaged. For every bad review there’s 50 good ones that people never got round to writing.
