Great fire ...... SHAME ABOUT THE AFTERCARE!! After spending 4k on a fire and after Nick (one of the Directors) doing the house survey prior to install, apparently, it isn't their problem that they didn't install it with suitable chimney baffle to stop the horrendous wind noise down the chimney!!After over 6 calls to the office over a number of months and being promised a call back and being told they were looking into it on each occasion, I eventually got hold of Nick again who wanted to charge us MORE for resolving a problem he should have been aware of in the first place! Disappointing to be let down when you think you are employing the services of knowledgable people!

Invicta were recommended by my son. I read some of the reviews initially, which were very mixed. Cara in the office was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour! Nik the gas engineer arrived well within the time slot booked. He was polite and informative. I couldn't fault the service provided and would definitely use again.

Called as my boiler was loosing pressure. The person on the end of the phone was polite and professional. They explained the whole procedure. The engineer attended and managed to source the problem. They returned a few days later with parts and fixed the boiler. Great service. Would definitely recommend.As boiler is old, I've requested a quotation to replace the boiler. The gentleman came to the house at a mutually convenient time. He asked me questions iin order to establish what boiler would suit our needs as a family. He was very thorough and the quote was reasonable too!Not many places offering a 10 year guarantee on boilers!I'd make this a first place to go to for a quote.From first original call to finish, amazing service.

Awful phoned for a gas fire repair, they said they were busy and would phone back, they didn't so phoned again and they agreed an appointment. Didn't bother to show up and when phoned claimed we cancelled! Still waiting after a week with no gas fire.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, PRODUCT & PRICEThis is the second time I have had to call on Invicta Gas' Services.The first was for my property, to replace the boiler. This time it was for my mothers place. Both times I have been given excellent advice.Both times replaced the boilers carried out the work in a quick efficient manner. The workman were very friendly, did a superb job, and left everything clean. As for price, compared to British Gas and a number of competitors, best around. That said always happy to pay for a good job. For me highly recommend, would never go anywhere else.

We have a Victorian home and decided to install a limestone and period style cast iron gas fire in our living room. From start to finish the service has been impeccable - we did a simple finance and it was installed within 3 weeks. The chaps arrived and made sure all furniture and floorboards were covered with dustsheets - the old fireplace and hearth were ripped our and the new one installed within 7-8 hours. I had been losing patience with my under performing heating system for 2 years and having had various engineers look at it from other companies with lots of suggestions but no solutions. Boiler and bathroom installation, very helpful, efficient. A wonderful installation and very happy with the quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

Really great service from the people in the office and especially Ben and Bobby the two fitters. Good people and great work.We had a new gas fireplace fitted with the surround being plastered. Looks great. We also had the bath taken out and a new shower room fitted. Both look amazing and I'd like to recommend the team for all the work they did.
