I tried over several weeks to get a quote and a statement whether the upgrade we wanted was possible. I called them 3 times and was told that I would receive an answer within the hour. It's now 4 weeks later. Our problem was quickly fixed by their local competitors. I still have not heard back from Crozier Computer. Awful service. Avoid
