Randomly walked by and was able to be slotted in for a trial session for £39. The young man running the store was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know very clearly, which was good as about a minute in I thought I was going to go nuts, but remembered the comment to breath in through the nose and out through the mouth to calm.It was invigorating to say the least. Will definitely try this again

It’s fabulous to have this service here at Canary Wharf, and it’s so user friendly and time efficient due to how it works etc.. I can see myself becoming addicted to the cryo therapy due to All it’s overall benefits on the body, and the fact it’s quick to do! Dry hydro massage is also a fabulous experience, particularly with the light therapy. I highly recommend this place, for both of the services it offers. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Fun and relaxed experience. Member of staff took the time to explain what I should expect once in the chamber. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be and definitely felt energised a few hours later.

I had my first cryotherapy session at Le Chalet Cryo and I loved it. I was skeptical at first about being exposed for 3 minutes at such a low temperature, but the cold was dry and I really enjoyed it. I realised that I high tolerance to the cold. However, I would suggest checking with your doctor if you have medical issues BEFORE exposing yourself to cryo.

The treatments offered are varied but depending on your injury or need, they are very efficient. A big shout-out to Stefan who makes our visits extra special with his knowledge, explanation and hosting.
